In order to withdraw your child from school, you will need to come to the school and fill out a withdrawal form. Your child will need to bring all books and materials that belong to the school on their last day so they can turn those in. We will give you a copy of this form to take with you to register your child for their new school.
* If you are withdrawing your child to an umbrella/church-related home school, we will need proof of registration with the home school before we can officially withdraw your child from school. If your child will be independently home schooled, you will need to bring a copy of your high school diploma or GED and fill out an Intent to Home School form.
